What is causing my thread to break on the lower looper?

My sewing machine is 1 month old and it was fiNE until I had to re-thread the lowere looper myself. I ‘ve changed the thread several times and IT’S NOT DUSTY. It chains about 2” and then it breaks. Share and Enjoy:

Can quilting needles and pins be sharpened?

My upper thread will not knot with the lower thread to form a stitch. How can I fix this?

You take 2 pieces of fabrics…draw your design on the top one and hand quilt around the image…Then turn to the back and using a large needle, pull dark colored yarns through from the hand quilting stitches to the other side of the design to color in your design. Share and Enjoy:
