Please tell me what options the various software packages have, their advantages, and their prices… I’m looking for a Christmas present and will greatly appreciate any feedback. Would you know any software that converts pictures into patchwork patterns?

I am familiar with software that converts photos into cross-stitch designs and was wondering if there would be something like that for patchwork or quilting. The pictures I would like to convert are abstract/graphic works of art, which should not require as much editing as photographs, I think. Share and Enjoy:
